Definitions and Interpretation

The following terms used in these Terms and Conditions have the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" — The hbji website (https://hbji.cam) and all its subdomains and services.
• "User" or "You" — Any person who accesses, registers on or uses the services of this platform.
• "Account" — A user's registered personal account on the platform.
• "Bonus" — Any promotional offer, free credit or reward provided by hbji.
• "Bet" — Money placed to participate in any game or event on the platform.
• "Restricted Country" — A region from which use of our services is prohibited by law.

Account Registration and Eligibility

To open an account and use the services on the hbji platform, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be 21 years of age or older.
• You must be a real person — not a corporate entity or a bot.
• Online gaming must be legally permitted in the country from which you are accessing the service.
• Each person may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate and up to date.
• If you have previously been banned from hbji, opening a new account is prohibited.

hbji reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) at any time. Failure to complete verification may result in the account being suspended or closed.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

The following rules apply to financial transactions on the hbji platform:

• Deposited funds must come only from the account holder's own payment account.
• Transactions using third-party payment accounts are not permitted.
• hbji reserves the right to verify identity and payment method before processing a withdrawal request.
• Transactions may be suspended or cancelled in cases of fraud or suspicious activity.
• hbji does not charge any transaction fees; however, your payment provider may charge separate fees.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

hbji offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. These offers are subject to the following conditions:

• Welcome Bonus: A 150% bonus on the first deposit up to a maximum of ৳15,000. To withdraw this bonus, the total bonus plus deposit amount must be wagered 15 times (15x wagering).
• A bonus may be claimed once only. Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawing while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being cancelled.
• The original deposited amount and the bonus must be reconciled before the wagering requirement is met.
• hbji reserves the right to change bonus terms or withdraw a bonus at any time.
• Certain games may carry a different weight in the wagering calculation.

VIP Program and Rewards

The hbji VIP program has three tiers, determined by each player's level of participation:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.5%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 1.0%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 1.5%.

Moving up to a higher tier depends on consistent and active participation. Cashback is paid out each week at a set time and may be subject to a separate wagering requirement. hbji reserves the right to change the terms of VIP benefits.

Service Termination or Suspension

hbji reserves the right to suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any clause of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification or providing false information.
• Extended inactivity (no login for 360 days or more).
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

An attempt will be made to return legitimate funds before an account is closed; however, funds may be forfeited in cases of prohibited activity.

Limitation of Liability

The hbji platform provides services on an "as is" basis. hbji accepts no liability for the following:

• Loss caused by technical errors, server downtime or loss of internet connection.
• Loss of an account or funds due to the user's own negligence.
• Delays or errors on the part of third-party payment providers.
• Force majeure events such as natural disasters, war or government restrictions.
• Financial loss resulting from gambling.

Dispute Resolution

Please follow the process below to raise a dispute or complaint:

• Upon receiving a complaint, hbji will make every effort to resolve it fairly.
• In the event of a dispute, hbji's transaction logs and system records will be considered conclusive evidence.
• All disputes will be resolved on the basis of honesty, fairness and respectful conduct from both parties.
